WILL BE May 5, 6, & 7, 2023
Annual Shell Show
While the rules and categories for 2023 will in all probability remain generally the same, there be some changes in a few instances. Be sure to refer to the 2023 Shell Show Prospectus when it is published for any information regarding rules or exhibits (Available under Application Tab.) Any questions should be directed to John Timmerman, Shell Show Co-Chair.
SHOW HOURS
Dealer's Set-up: Thursday, May 4, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Exhibitor's Set-up: May 4, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Judging: Thursday, May 4, 1:00 p.m. - 5:00. p.m.
Open to the Public:
-----Friday, May 5, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
-----Saturday, May 6, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
-----Sunday, May 7, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Banquet: Saturday, May 6, 6:30 p.m.
Show Strike: Sunday, May 7, 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Exhibitors will receive an instruction and orientation packet prior to the show including directions to Convention Center and where/how to unload their exhibits.
Admission Charges
ADULTS - $5.00
SENIORS & MILITARY- $3.00
CHILDREN - ADMITTED FREE
Exhibitors and volunteers will be provided complimentary passes for the duration of the show.

ENTRY DEADLINES
ALL Applications are due by MARCH 18, 2023
NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED
Entries may be mailed, emailed or hand-delivered to the Show
Co-Chair, John Timmerman, but must be in his hands by posted deadlines

ELIGIBILITY
Entry is open to anyone submitting an application. Acceptance is on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no entry fee.
ACCESS
Exhibitors and vendors will receive a detailed map showing the location of the Civic Center, noting the loading dock, public parking lots and exhibitor parking approximately two weeks before the show.
SPACE
It is the policy of the North Carolina Shell Show not to limit space for any exhibit. If you do have a large exhibit we recommend entering early to ensure it is positioned with as few turns as possible.
It is our goal to continue welcoming all entries but it is imperative that exhibitors wishing to enter large exhibits reserve their space as early as possible.
